Its a great dish that I have made before and have made it again and again. And it is a dish that I believe is basically an adaptation of the Japanese dish nihon-nori. Ive had this dish about a dozen times, and it has the same flavor. It’s a small dish, so it can easily be cooked in a small amount of oil and served in a small amount of rice, but its so incredibly easy to make that I think you should definitely try it.
In the video above, we see Yamilgun as a new kind of fish. The dish is a kind of “shave and a half” when it comes to protein.
