No matter how you feel or what you’re going through, the ability to be true to yourself shows that you are a healthy person who is capable of feeling and expressing both happiness and sadness. We may feel different but we are all the same inside and that is what makes us strong individuals who can withstand anything life throws at us.

9. Be kind.
